Daraxonrasib (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT07573215) is part of an Expanded Access Program (EAP) that provides access to this investigational therapy for eligible patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. At OSF HealthCare, the program is being led by Principal Investigator Robert McWilliams, MD, PhD, with Clinical Research Coordinator Peyton Swearingen.

This Expanded Access Program is meaningful for patients and our community because it offers another pathway for those with advanced pancreatic cancer who may not meet the criteria for a traditional clinical trial. Many patients face limited options, and programs like this help bring promising investigational therapies to individuals with serious or life-threatening conditions. Support for these efforts through OSF HealthCare allows us to offer hope and advance care for future generations.

“At OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute, we are committed to exploring every possible avenue to support patients with advanced cancers,” said Robert McWilliams, MD, PhD, Principal Investigator. “Expanded Access Programs provide eligible patients the opportunity to receive promising new therapies close to home.”

All clinical research and expanded access programs conducted at OSF HealthCare undergo rigorous review and ongoing oversight to help ensure patient safety and ethical conduct.
